Broccoli Cheddar Pasta Bake

   Make the cheese sauce

   Cook butter and flour, whisk in milk gradually, then melt in most of the cheddar.

   Assemble and bake

   Boil pasta and broccoli until just tender, drain, coat with sauce, top with remaining cheese and bake.
