Frequently asked questions
- Is this per person or per household?
- One subscription covers the whole household. Creating a household requires Premium; joining an existing household is free.
- Can I switch between monthly and annual?
- Both billing periods include the same Premium features. Manage your subscription through the billing portal in your account settings, or write to us and we will help.
- How do I cancel?
- Cancel at any time. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and it does not renew.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Our refund policy covers cancellations, billing errors, and consumer rights.
- How do payments work?
- Paddle is our merchant of record and handles checkout. Prices are shown in USD, and your local price and payment methods appear at checkout.
- Is there an iOS app?
- Meeznplus runs in the web app today. The iOS app is coming soon and is covered by the same household subscription.
